This is our most budget friendly option lead by our associate planners targeted to provide you with the resources to plan your wedding, with limited support until we take over the details 6 weeks prior to your wedding. Approximately 45 days (6 weeks) prior to your wedding date, we will enter the planning process with a planning meeting and venue walkthrough, as well as assume vendor point of contact. We will finalize all of the details of your wedding, which will culminate with our presence at the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, where a flawless execution is ensured.

Wedding Day Services Included:

  • Begins 45 days (6 weeks) prior to wedding date

  • 1 Lead Coordinator + 1 Assistant

  • Five (5) Wedding Planning Meetings to Include:

    • One (1) - One Hour Onboarding Session.

    • Three (3) - One Hour Wedding Planning Meetings - scheduled via phone or video conference.

    • One (1) - Two Hour Wedding Planning Meeting & Wedding Reception Venue Walkthrough with assigned Lead Coordinator approximately 30 days (4 weeks) prior to the wedding date.

  • 10 Hours of Day Of Execution

  • Professional wedding planning software with a customizable checklist, synced calendar, timeline, guest manager, layout & seating component, contacts section for customized vendor referrals, and vendor payment organizer. The software also includes a state of the art design studio, where you will be able to build style guides and color palettes for your big day.

  • Access to preferred vendor list after contract is signed & deposit is paid

  • Vendor Coordination & Management

  • Read vendor contracts and confirm vendors six weeks prior to the wedding to schedule load-in and proper set-up of vendor services.

  • Provide information regarding final guest count and meal selections to catering.

  • Collaborate with DJ/Band to establish timing for all music sets and key moments.

  • Unlimited wedding communication through email.

  • Floor Plan/Layout Creation (if needed)

  • Timeline Creation

  • Direct Rehearsal (up to 1 hour)

  • Review vendor selections and send them welcome email and timeline (2 weeks prior)

  • Set up & clean up personal items ONLY (welcome table, memory table, cake table, etc)

  • Distribute final payments/vendor gratuities on the day of

  • Assist in gathering/loading personal belongings/ leftover food/alcohol and gifts.

*Guest count 200+: Three Assistants (Additional $500)
